WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS?
For lingerie all sales are final. For clothing and slide return must be within the first 5 days once items are received. For human hair bundles, lace closure & frontals returns must be within the first 3 days of receiving item/items. For mink eyelashes return must be within 10 days.
DOES ROYALTY DIOR HAVE MORE THAN ONE BRANCH?
Not at the moment we do not. We plan to expand our store soon but as of right now please forgive us. We thank you for your understanding and on-going support.
WILL YOU ADJUST THE PRICE OF AN ITEM THAT GOES ON SALE SHORTLY AFTER I PURCHASED IT?
If the item went on sale within the first 48-hours after you purchase the adjustments will be audited automatically. If not please go to chat on the main page for help and get it corrected. the money wont be refunded instead you will receive store credit aka Dior Bucks.
